... And why have local government decided to fence in residents in their housing estates? All around the Canterbury area Council-tration Camps have been identified by their huge and daunting black, spiked, metal railings. I look at these new additions and wonder why they didn't also thrown in a couple of gun-weilding guards in towers?!
Of course I could be getting it all wrong and they could be intended to keep the general public out...
