I have struck that point in the creative process when I know something isn't finished, but don't know what I need to do to finish it. As always I am tempted to start my next piece instead of resolving the current one.
Q: Should I put more silver leaf on it?
Q: How about painting more of the lines from my earlier experimental works?
Q: Could the areas of green be made more prominent?
Q: If I start another canvas is it inevitable that the same scenario will occur again with that one and the rest of my artistic endeavours on this planet will be spent never finishing anything, just starting new ones?!
*shakes head knowing the answer to the last question
