E-520
Some of you may have noticed that I am now shooting with an E-520, rather than the older E-500 I was using before. This is partly due to my E-500 picking up a row of dead pixels since my wife ran over it with her car - I hasten to add it wasn't her fault; I had left my camera bag propped up against her rear passenger side wheel whilst I was putting the Rubester in the car and forgot to move it before getting in! And secondly, my mate Dave turned 40, and switched from Olympus to Nikon as a result (that's midlife crisis for you!). Needless to say I didn't hesitate to buy his hardly used body and kit lens (and filters, and remote shutter release, and odds and ends...) for a very small amount. In fact, I more or less robbed him. Sorry Dave.
There are a few differences between the two models I really like: Liveview, IS, review recall, continuous shooting, image size...
ps. I really did pay very little for it... Less than it would cost me to get the other camera fixed!
