Broken

The E-520 is dead. Long live the E-520.

After a mysterious fall from the kitchen counter my Olympus E-520 has ceased functioning as it should.

And now... £20.00 later... I have to wait to find out if the camera can be repaired. In the mean time I have to resort back to the E-500, which has a line of dead pixels and every frame will need cloning. Ho-hum.

Returning back to the E-500 has reminded me of some of the functions the E-520 has which I have gotten used to; auto rotate on playback; playback memory; speed to write to CF; speed of autofocus, and so on...
