Liquor

Something a bit different today, from a very nice venture to the seaside with some folks from the town... I've never had proper pie, mash and liquor before. Apparently the traditional eating apparatus for consuming this culinary delight is 'eating irons', the liquor is made from the water they use for cooking the eels and parsley, and the meat in the pies is mutton...
