Yesterday a small family came over for some shots of the two of them together. Marie and Charlotte were enthusiastic, creative and unstoppable - what a dynamic duo!

I had a great shoot with a very pleasant family yesterday and had the opportunity to try out a few ideas I had only really had on paper before. The two girls, Alicia & Kirsty, were very energetic, patient and had one or two ideas of their own! Together with their mum, Angie, they made the shoot a lot of fun and some of the fantastic results can be seen below…

What a lucky man I am! I have had so many wonderful presents this year. Not only did my lovely wife buy me the 'Flight of the Conchords' box set and 2 CDs, but my beautiful daughter bought me a Purple Soprano Ukulele. I was also very fortunate that my friend Duncan got me a Digital Photo Frame; the mother-in-law got me a rather cool Banksy T-shirt & 'Quantum...' and her boyfriend Winston provided me with a much sought after grey cardigan and thick brown scarf. In addition to this I have also received many other fabulous presents, including books; chocolates; money and a DIY Morph. Thank you to everybody for making this Christmas so special.

*In addition to the above I have now also received a rather fabulous calendar of their 'Big Adventure' from Danny & Claire; a copy of The Office (Series 1 & 2 & Christmas Specials) and a random belt pouch from the step-brother-in-law... Fortunately, I received to perfect sized head torch to put in it!

Father's Day

Just a quick note to say thank you to my wonderful wife and beautiful baby girl for such a lovely day; I look forward to drinking many cups of coffee out of my new 'The Best Dad Ever' mug and putting the jigsaw of Contact together with Ruby when she is old enough.

I love you both (Kary & Ruby, not Mug & Jigsaw... Although I love them both too!)

Ruby Elizabeth was born at 23.24 on Saturday 17th January 2009. She weighed 5lb 9oz and had a head circumference of 12.6 inches. Both she and mummy are doing well and daddy is extremely proud of them both.
